We're so excited to bring you this Niko Cray Snake Dry Sherlock Pipe! This piece was specifically chosen by Tako and Beezy when they hung out with Niko! In fact, it was specially made in this color, which is inspired by the Tako Glass brand colors! Niko has been in the spotlight for his sculptural glass water pipes, most notably his Snake and Shark series. Tako's explicit mission has been to acquire the the best hand pipes in America, and this piece absolutely exemplifies that!
At first glance, Niko's style is immediately recognizable, from the quirky character affect in the expression of the snake, and the smooth flow and taper in the slithering body, especially the subtle color fade from teal to blue. Even the black work has a ton of depth to it! Its full of subtle lines of sparkle, forming ghostly patterns in certain areas. This heady hand pipe is exquisitely crafted! Every detail has been laid and shaped with great care.
The snake's open striking mouth hovers menacingly over the bowl, so watch your fingers when loading it up! The bowl itself features a blue and black spiral to match the body of the snake, and the left side has a nicely extended carb to put a little distance between your thumb and the hot stuff. This pipe is going to be a little more comfortable to hold in the left hand, but a modified right hand grip will work as well, just be prepared to work the carb with your finger if you can't reach with the thumb.
Just below the bowl, there is a large magnifying marble which draws attention to the opal encased within. The play of color really pops, shooting lots of reds and greens in the sunlight. On the 'back' of the pipe, below the snake's head, we find a nicely placed marble encased 'signature' in the form of a custom millie, leaving no doubt about the authenticity and origin of this pipe! This is a wonderful touch, and a boon to any collector.
This piece looks outstanding when laid down for display, but really comes to life when in use. When held vertically, it feels like you're carrying your pet snake around with you. Suddenly the Sherlock shape and construction comes into focus. This pipe is truly special, and you can feel it!

Tako Glass has a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
