Beezy Glass The Mother
Beezy Glass is the Mother in charge here at Tako Glass. She is my other half and the Mother of our two beautiful children. Beezy is the love of my life and we have been together for 13 years. I wanted to take a moment to highlight Beezy and give thanks for the awesome Mom she is. As I am sure all you other Mommas are super awesome out there too.
A mother is the first teacher and the first friend of her children. She carries her child in her womb for nine months and nurtures her little one with all her heart and soul. She can decipher every gesture of her children since the time they are born. She loves her children unconditionally and guides them on the right path in life. She takes care of her children and ensures their safety in every way. We here at Tako Glass celebrate Mother's Day to thank Beezy Glass for taking care of us so well, expressing our love and gratitude for her. And all the mommas out there!
Beezy used to work at a glass supply company called Frantz Art Glass, down in Shelton WA. when we first met. I would take the 2 hour drive as ofter as I could to go buy my glass supplies from this cute new girl working behind the register. I quickly found new reasons to go buy glass supplies more often. hehe. She was a beginner glass blower at the time and I could tell from the spark in her eye she loved it.
Years past as both of us went our separate ways till we reconnected at a glass event in Oregon called, "Degenerate Flame Off". The rest is history. Beezy graduated from Western WA University in 2016 and moved to Sequim that summer, where she stared blowing glass full time right next to me.
Beezy is such a hard working momma taking care of our two kids and me. She is a full time stay at home mom right now. Taking care of our 7 month old boy and driving our 4 year old son to pre- school. She does all of the grocery shopping, house cleaning, laundry, and dishes. She also blows glass one day a week, usually on Saturday and also works a couple hours at night when the kids are in bed. Every glass piece she makes is special because of the love and dedication she applies to this family. She also takes care of some of the bookwork behind the scenes.
Beezy is such an integral part of our family here at Tako Glass. One day is not enough to celebrate her motherhood (and the everyone's mother) we should make every day as special as Mother's Day to shower our love upon our mothers. We should acknowledge all the little things that our mothers do for us every day. No other gift can be as special to a mother than a gift of glass from Tako Glass made by Beezy.
